About Me

Karen Boone has been in health, nutrition and wellness fields , especially when it comes to natural remedies and alternative approaches to medicine for 14 years. Growing up in Hot Springs, AR, attending high school at Hot Springs High finishing in 2008, she witnessed first-hand the impact of living a healthy lifestyle and began exploring different ways to promote wellness in her own life and in the lives of others around her.

After completing her B.S. in nutrition, Karen became a healthy eating specialist, working with individuals and organizations to help them adopt healthier habits and make better choices when it comes to their diet. She also developed a passion for herbalism and began studying natural remedies and treatments for common ailments and health concerns. Karen is currently in graduate school and plans to complete her Master of Science in Health Education in 2025. Karen is also a herbal forager at which she goes out in the wild and forages wild edible foods and herbs, which she also incorporates into her herbal and nutrition services.

As Karen progressed in her career, she began to shift her focus towards helping individuals and her community navigate the complexities of nutrition and health. In addition to her more than a decade plus work within the nutrition and herbal fields, Karen is also a predictive astrologer, using astrology to help people gain insight into their personal strengths and challenges, and to better understand how their physical and emotional health are connected. Astrology, a mystical tapestry woven by the stars, found a way into Karen's heart at a tender age, captivating her with its profound insights and prophetic whispers. Through decades of dedicated practice, her astrological acumen has flourished, a testament to her innate connection with the celestial realm. Karen's celestial gifts have earned her a devoted following, transcending borders, and touching the lives of individuals as she has read hundreds of astrological charts from clients from all around the nation and around the world. With over a hundred plus effusive reviews from her astrological services from her beautiful clients, her ability to unravel the cosmic symphony and deliver uncannily accurate predictions is a testament to her divine calling. Karen has been making accurate world-wide predictions for over four years since opening her astrology services to the public. 

Karen's interest in health and wellness led her to co-produce the 2015 health documentary, "The Post Traumatic Slave Diet," featuring  Dr. Umar Johnson, Dr Milton Mills (From What The Health), Rosemary May (Dr. Sebi’s sister), Tracye McQuirter author of By Any Greens Necessary and award winning public health nutritionist, and Tassili restaurant owner of the famous Tassil’s Raw Reality Café in Atlanta, Georgia along with many more leaders from the health community, which explores the impact of slavery on African American diets and health outcomes and offers solutions for breaking free from harmful eating patterns and lifestyles.

Today, Karen is the owner of LiveLovePureNatural LLC, a health and wellness company based out of Little Rock, AR. Karen is a part of the wonderful staff at Black Spectrum Network based out of Atlanta, Georgia providing her nutrition, herbal, and astrology services to the network. Through her corporate work as a health and nutrition agent, she continues to educate individuals and communities about the benefits of living a healthy, natural lifestyle, and offers through her other community series personalized guidance and support to help people achieve their wellness goals.
